My daughter’s wedding was truly amazing.  It was amazing not only because we planned it while she was attending college full-time, but on the day of the wedding, everyone was in the right place at the right time!  Whew!.  Well…except that unexpected snow storm which brought six inches of snow just as we were getting into the limo…and the roads were so bad that some of our friends and family missed the ceremony because they were stuck on the expressway for over two hours…but they made it to the reception so all was good!

During the holidays, we took our family members visiting from out-of-town to Harmony Vineyards located in Head of the Harbor, Long Island, New York. The drive to the vineyards along Harbor Road is very scenic taking you through a beautiful part of the North Shore of Long Island.  We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the vineyard and pulled up to a beautifully restored historic house.
