I couldn’t help myself! I HAD to have them! This year, after 29 years of marriage…I bought my OWN Valentine’s Day Gift(s)! (Better add the ‘s’)! Valentine’s Day comes once a year and can be so stressful! I’ve seen it with my girls wanting their boyfriends to take them to dinner…buy them jewelry…a card…flowers… When their boyfriends arrived with nothing in hand…well, I had to feel for them a little. But I can totally understand because the stores increase their prices on everything from candy, cards to teddy bears! It really can be stressful for young people today and it shouldn’t be stressful at all!
When the kids were little and every penny was spent on them, that heart-shaped box of chocolate seemed an extravagant gift for my husband and I to even think about buying. In fact, over the years, I told my husband to not worry about Valentine’s Day itself and we would get our chocolates the day after Valentine’s Day when we could get 2 boxes for the price of one! Soon, that became our tradition and we enjoyed them so much more!
Now that we are campers, I would much rather have cute things for the camper! When I saw these, I thought – this will be my Valentine’s Day gift this year and just had to share my finds with all of you!
I started with searching for items for the bathroom. Don’t you think this 3 Piece Retro Camping Bath Set is so cute!
The set fits perfectly on the sink and comes with a 4-hole Tooth Brush Holder, Soap Pump and Soap Trivet all made out of cold cast ceramic.
While I was looking at items for the bathroom, I also found a cute bathmat to match! Retro Bathroom Rug
But the item I’m the MOST excited about is the Lakeside Collection Shower Curtain! The curtain is 70″ x 72″ and is machine washable.
There’s also the cute Lakeside Collection Set of 2 Hand Towels.
If you don’t really like the shower curtain of the Lakeside Collection, I also found this awesome You Make Me A Happy Camper
But I think my best find for Valentine’s Day is Happy Camper 6 Piece Measuring Set . I love things for the kitchen and these are really cute.
